1. Purpose

This Subscription Policy governs access to the Annual CLS E-Books Subscription Program, designed for readers who wish to enjoy exclusive digital content and special benefits throughout the year.

2. Subscription Plan

Annual Premium Subscription

• Price: €50 per year
• Duration: 12 months from the date of payment.
• Renewal: Optional and subject to a new annual payment.

3. Subscription Benefits

4. Terms of Use

• E-books obtained through the subscription may not be copied, distributed, resold, reproduced, or shared without the express permission of the copyright holder.
• Subscription access is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for the registered subscriber.
• Any misuse of the service may result in immediate suspension or termination of the subscription without refund.

5. Limitations

• Unused monthly downloads do not roll over to subsequent months.
• The subscription catalog may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscribers may cancel their renewal at any time.
• Once the annual subscription has been activated, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Cancellation will not affect access to subscription benefits already granted during the active subscription period.
