CLS e-books an editing, publishing and e-commerce website, located at https://www.CLS-ebooks.com and based in the Municipality of Mação, District of Santarém in Portugal, has established the following terms for the use of this website:

SERVICES:

1. CLS e-books offers the Client the possibility of purchasing literary works in PDF format, to  Children's, Youth and Portfolios categories. 

2. CLS e-books provides literary works in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.

 CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR ACQUIRING THE DISPLAYED WORKS: 

1. The Client must register as a user of this Website and provide all the data requested in the User Registration, to access restricted pages. 

2. The Client must carefully read the CLIENT AGREEMENT WITH CLS E-BOOKS on the AGREEMENT Page, and accept its terms. 

3. To place an order, the Client must access the ORDERS Page, providing all personal data requested, which is used to prepare the invoice and receipt for the Client's purchase. 

4. Indicate in the ORDERS form the title the work desired, as well as the language and quantity. 

5. Click to accept the terms of the Agreement, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 

6. Click to submit the Order to CLS e-books. 

7. CLS e-books sends an invoice and payment details via email. 

8. The Client proceeds with payment for the ordered work. 

9. CLS sends the Client the PDF work and the payment receipt via email. 

10. CLS e-books will delete all the user register after 2 months inactivity and CLS e-books accept a new registration after 2 months.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Be over 18 years of age. 

2. Agree to the terms of the Client Agreement with CLS e-books. 

3. Provide all correct, true, and legal data requested in the Order form. 

4. Have the correct application to read and view the acquired PDF work. 

5. Not copy or damage this website in any way. 

6. Respect this website as responsible and good-faith individuals. 

7. All Clients and visitors are welcome, but we kindly request that exposed information and personal data not be used for purposes other than those intended. 

CLS E-BOOKS AVAILABILITY:

•  CLS e-books is always available to all Clients, Portuguese or foreign.
• CLS provides works in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English.
• CLS will always be available to help and advise in the purchase of e-books or for any clarification involving its service.
• All questions asked by our clients or visitors will be answered on the FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions Page, and the Client will be notified of the response.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: In the case of a foreign Client or one living outside Portugal, the Client must personally settle any tax or duty related to the acquisition of the work.

 MARKETING AND ADVERTISING:

• CLS e-books guarantees to only use email, telephone contact, or address to carry out marketing or advertising if the Client agrees in ORDERS.
• CLS e-books guarantees that marketing and informative advertising will only include news, seasonal or launch discounts, and occasional promotions. 

SUSPENSION AND PROHIBITION OF WEBSITE ACCESS: 

1. CLS e-books will suspend website use for any Client who has violated the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Website or violated the Client Agreement with CLS e-books.

2. CLS e-books will prohibit the use or viewing of this website by any Client or Visitor who attempts to damage or harm CLS e-books or its published authors. 

CLS GUARANTEE: 

1. To fulfill all orders with the best quality and speed possible. 

2. To send all ordered and duly paid works. 

3. To send invoices and receipts to all Clients. 

4. To respect the Privacy of all Clients, not using their data for any unlawful purpose. 

FINAL NOTE: By acquiring any work displayed on CLS e-books, the Client is accepting the Terms of Use, the terms of the Client Agreement with CLS e-books, and its Privacy Policy. 

MODIFICATIONS: This content may be changed at any time, and changes will only take effect once published.
